Guide to ordering flowers from us online

We use PayPal to take online payments over the Internet.
PayPal is a well known and trustworthy way to make and receive payments over the internet and has over 70 million users. Find out more.

| Step 1 |
Using our online catalogue, find the particular item(s) you want to purchase. We have over 200 items in our catalogue. |
| Step 2 |
To add an item to your shopping basket, click the  button on any item. This will add the item to your basket. Each time an item is added to your order, you are shown the contents of the basket.
 To REMOVE Items from your basket, change the Quantity to "0" and click the "Update Basket" button.
Use the left hand menu to continue browsing our cataogue. |

When you have added all the items you want to your basket, click the "FINISH SHOPPING" link. This takes you to a page asking which area you want the flowers delivered to. Select the most appropriate area and confirm with the "Add to order" button.

Your delivery charge is then added to your total order and a total cost is shown. Click the "Continue to Checkout" button and then click the Pay With PayPal button to go to the PayPal section of the site.

| Step 5 |
You are now taken to the PayPal payment page shown below. To see the contents of your order, click the "View Contents" link (1).
 If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create one by clicking the button shown above (2)
If you do have a PayPal account, log in using the e-mail address and password you have registered with PayPal. |

Once logged in to PayPal, confirm your payment details and enter the delivery address you want your flowers to be delivered to and enter any message you want to send with the flowers into the "Message to Seller - Optional" field.
If the address the flowers have to be delivered to is different from your registered PayPal address, click the "Add address" link and set up a "Gift Address"
 It is also important that you enter YOUR OWN telephone number so we can contact you should there be any problems. |
| Step 7 |
When you have added all the required information, click the Pay button to complete the payment. You will be sent an e-mail to confirm the payment details from PayPal. We will also send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
If you do not hear from us with 1 hour of placing you order, please contact us. |
